Spent Christmas vacation in this hotel and must say had a pleasant experience. the room was clean and well, maintained. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with any queries we had. We especially appreciated the free Wi, Fi service, and the availability of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. the hotel's location was perfect too, just a few minutes from the airport and easily accessible from the main road.
That there were no free drinking water bottles provided in the rooms. the mattress was a bit stiff and not very comfortable.

During my stay in this hotel, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and charming. They always went out of their way to answer any queries I had and assist me in any way they could. The cleanliness of the hotel room was also one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic and added to the value for money I received. Additionally, the location of this hotel could not be better, with it being in close proximity to transportation and dining options.
Nothing to fault.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel was clean and tidy. I appreciated that the staff was helpful and friendly when providing their service. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and cafes.
the hotel room was not soundproof, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was very disruptive and made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of basic amenities and the disturbance caused by the noise.

I recently stayed at a hotel that provided me with free drinking water in the room, just like the hotels I have stayed at before. However, at Thanh Tai Hotel, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary water. I asked the receptionist about it and she informed me that only higher-tier rooms receive this amenity. I was surprised because I believe water should be considered a standard offering. After all, it's not a luxury item. I hope the hotel reconsiders this policy and improves their service.
